We do not currently offer Click & Collect or standard distance selling. All sales take place on-site, ensuring full customer satisfaction and understanding before purchase.
If you choose to arrange your own third-party collection or vehicle transport, this does not constitute a distance sale under UK law, and the 14-day return right does not apply.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers who complete a distance sale (i.e. purchase a vehicle without seeing it in person first) are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period, starting from the day the vehicle is delivered.
Since our business model is based on in-person sales, this cancellation period does not apply to the vast majority of purchases made through Diversity Cars.

In rare cases where a customer chooses to complete a sale entirely at a distance, and the vehicle is delivered without a prior physical inspection, the 14-day right to cancel may apply.
In these cases:
The customer must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition, with no damage or excessive mileage.
Any costs associated with return transport are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds may be subject to deductions for any loss in value caused by use or damage.
